When it comes to browser performance, in general, when people would think of speed and memory footprint and a variety of benchmark tests, while the browser, the impact on battery life but are rarely mentioned, with the notebook gradually catch up with desktop computers, software, the role of the battery usage time has become increasingly important, AnandTech has the major browser on the right time in battery-life performance of the test.

Test selected three hardware platforms, respectively, for the introduction of AMD's notebook processor (running 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium Edition), using Intel processors laptop (running 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium Edition) and the Internet in this Asus Eee PC ( 1005HA), the browser selected IE8, Firefox + AdBlock, Chrome 2, Firefox 3.5.2, Opera 9.64, Opera 10 Beta 3 and Safari 4.
